I need to try update for my Rudia 644XG controller to see if it resolves a problem of "echoing" on some projects. But there are so many links I am not sure what the best or correct one to use is.....

Then how do you get it to the machine? Are there instructions?

I know this seems basic, but don't want to mess up my controller and cannot figure out how to get what version it currently has never mind how to load it.
