Hi
To cut a long story very short, I’ve had to replace the Ruida main control box and the PSU for the 5v and 24v on this brand new, never used machine. The control system is a Ruida RDC6442S Controller, and as this machine never fired up, have no backup of the Vender Settings, so it’s stuck with the default factory settings that came with the new controller.
I contacted Vevor, whom I purchased the machine from, albeit some three years ago, but they couldn’t help with the settings, but did reimburse me the cost of the replacement parts, as I could prove the fault was present when I purchased the machine even after this long period.
I was hoping someone on here could help?
It’s a 45w glass tube, and it’s the one in these pictures https://1drv.ms/i/c/ef445d956db26cfd/Ed ... wChVvXo_YQ

Hi Daxchan,
Hope I am way too late replying, but just in case you are still struggling I'll give it a go.
I just replaced the controller in my SH350, which is 14 years old and had an old Ruida controller model that is not available anymore. So I had to replace it with a completely different model (8445 in my case).
It is not too difficult. If you use Lightburn you can access all settings from there, otherwise you will have to go through all the menu settings on the controller itself. There are some pretty good guides out there so Google and you shall find.
Once you re-connected all the wires (should be easy since you already had a Ruida controller), the first thing you should change are the x- any step sizes. In my case they were way off, a 5x5 cm square was closer to 30x30 cm. Once you get close you will have to do some math to get spot-on. Also easy to find how to do that. When you buy a new Ruida controller it is set to 40x60cm bed size. That will cause all sorts of problems if you don't change that. Other than that, most factory settings are pretty usable.
