I'm Keith from California. I've been watching Russ on YouTube for quite some time now, and just recently bought the same Chinese eBay laser that he uses in most of his videos. I joined the forum to learn some new techniques, troubleshoot problems, and maybe even share a bit of the things that I learn while playing around with my laser.

Welcome Keith. There is a lot of good information on this forum that should make things a lot easier and a lot of good guys with plenty of help. Be sure and do all the basics with your new machine such as aligning the mirrors, squaring the machine in all angles, leveling the bed and so on. You will be glad you did all this when it is all working properly. The Chinese don't care if it works properly or not, they just put it together enough to sell it. Good luck.
PLEASE! ;) CONSIDER A DONATION TO THIS FORUM AS THERE ARE COST[s] INVOLVED TO KEEP IT MAINTAINED AND AVAILABLE FOR ALL TO USE. [en]VISION CHINESE LASER HELP WITHOUT IT.https: :o
Thank You
Willy

Thanks Willy. I've already begun that process of fixing the machine by aligning the laser, buying new mirrors, adding a new table, etc. I'll have it fixed up in no time ;)
